Photostory: Pandas volleyball won 3-0 against MacEwan during their last game for January

On January 21, the Pandas volleyball team took on their hometown rivals, the MacEwan Griffins, at the Saville Sports Center. Though the game was close at times, particularly in a thrilling second set that went 28-26 for the Pandas, it was a relatively quick 3-0 with the Pandas winning 25-17 and 25-18 in the 1st and 3rd sets respectively. This win puts the Pandas at eighth in the CANWEST standings, with a record of 8-10, while the Griffins fall to 12th in the standings with a 2-16 record.
