Photostory: Getting Ready with Sachit Vashisht

Sachit Vashisht is a third-year student at the University of Alberta. I spent an evening with Vashisht as they transformed into their drag persona, Agnes, for The Gateway’s February magazine. Vashisht is featured in the article “A Dance Across Time,” where they discuss their drag’s eclectic, energetic, and passionate nature and the way its “very resistant to Eurocentric patriarchy.”
