Playlist: Sleep All Reading Week

Catch up on your sleep with this chill playlist!

After weeks of all-nighters, I know you’re tired. But now, it’s finally reading week and you can catch up on those lost hours of dreaming.

Did you tell yourself you were going to finish assignments? Oh no, sweetie, finish that REM sleep cycle first!

If you’ve been having trouble falling asleep and you’ve tried your fair share of sleep playlists, everything from rain sounds to lo-fi, then this playlist is for you. This playlist will put you in a relaxing mood. The weather is frighteningly cold and it would feel great to lay down, wrap yourself in a blanket and doze off.

I understand the temptation of staying up and binging Netflix, because, hey, you only have a few days to do everything you don’t get to do during the semester! However, you also don’t get to sleep during the semester, so go take a nap!

Happy dreaming, everyone!
